Capacity Development Programme
The programme aims is to build the competence and confidence that will make the Community Based Organizations (CBOs) more effective. This programme focus on strengthening the capacity of Community Based Organization (CBOs). CERA believes that strong CBO will be able to meet the requirements of granting agencies and donors, take responsibility for implementing grants, use the grants to improve service delivery, and win future grants that will enable CBO to grow and become a more potent force for change in the community.
This programme starves to make guidance for making CBOs a credible contender for grants and then, when CBOs win a grant, for managing a new project success- fully. The programme also offers approaches and recommendations that founders can use to assist smaller CBOs to access resources for HIV/AIDS and other health services in community context.
